Assessment
As a first step to help organizations create culturally-responsive and equitable communications,
DEI Strategies, LLC will conduct a series of confidential conversations with organizational representatives to develop a contextual and historical understanding of the issue.
Based on the scope and complexity of the issue, this assessment may involve discussions with executive leadership, internal stakeholders and community representatives, as well as review of related communications and other materials.
Results of this assessment will be used to create a proposed strategic communication plan. The proposed plan may focus on board and executive communications, complement the work of the organization's communications team, and/or cover multiple platforms and audiences.
DEI Strategies, LLC will then work with organizational leadership to review, refine and finalize the plan for execution.
Messaging
Communication narratives and messages will emulate and respond to the organization's diversity, equity and inclusion objectives and vary according to the needs and resources of the organization. Narrative content may include:
